1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment or receiving services from Poonam Ravi Jadhav Art, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Age Requirements

Clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive tattoo services. Valid government-issued photo identification is required. Minors will not be tattooed under any circumstances.

3. Health and Safety

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattooing process. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise your health or safety.

• • Clients must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• • Pregnant or nursing women will not be tattooed
• • Clients with certain medical conditions may be refused service

4. Appointment and Payment

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied to the final cost of your tattoo. Payment methods accepted include cash and digital payments.

• • Full payment is due upon completion of service
• • Prices may vary based on design complexity and size

5. Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

6. Aftercare and Healing

Proper aftercare is essential for optimal healing. Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may result in complications for which we are not responsible.

• • Contact us immediately if you notice signs of infection
• • Touch-ups may be provided within 30 days if needed

7. Liability and Risks

Tattooing involves inherent risks including but not limited to infection, allergic reactions, and scarring. By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Poonam Ravi Jadhav Art is not liable for any complications arising from the tattooing process when proper procedures are followed.

8. Intellectual Property

All custom designs created by our artists remain the intellectual property of Poonam Ravi Jadhav Art. We reserve the right to photograph and use images of our work for promotional purposes unless explicitly declined by the client.

9. Studio Policies

• • Maximum of 2 guests allowed per client
• • No photography without permission
• • Respectful behavior is required at all times
• • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
